# TutuCompute > Bring your own servers, or spin up a new one. VNC · RDP · SSH · cloud browser — clientless, instant. One-click login, mobile-ready. Local LLMs with unlimited tokens; Claude Code / Codex for free. TutuCompute (tutucompute.com): manage your servers from one browser tab; install Tutu Compute Node to run AI on your own computer (unlimited tokens); points your idle computer earns become a compute reserve; Tutu AI assistants, Claude Code and Codex work with one URL and one key; usable without signing up. - [Full version (every page’s text and FAQ)](https://tutucompute.com/en/llms-full.txt) ## Quick facts - No sign-up needed: guests get a free daily quota; signed-in users get unlimited tokens, queued after users with a compute reserve. - With a compute reserve (points) or as a Lamplighter: priority on the whole network and several tasks at once. - Tutu AI assistants (including their free users) are served first on shared compute. - Your own computer (Tutu Compute Node): no per-token billing, no usage caps, available anytime. - Points never expire once you sign in with Tutu ID. - Security: every frame encrypted in transit; normal requests leave no content behind; keys can only call models; the computer doing the work doesn’t know who you are. - Connect: OpenAI-compatible URL https://api.tutucompute.com/v1, Anthropic-compatible URL https://api.tutucompute.com, model tutu/auto. - Learners, teachers and schools facing hardship can apply for long-term free support; no documents required. ## Tutu Compute Node and AI for everyone - [Download Tutu Compute Node: free local AI](https://tutucompute.com/en/download) - [Local LLMs: run AI on your own computer with unlimited tokens](https://tutucompute.com/en/ai/local-llm): Install Tutu Compute Node and AI runs on your own computer: no per-token billing, no usage caps. Works with Tutu AI assistants, Claude Code and Codex; when your computer is off, your compute reserve keeps going. - [Use Claude Code / Codex for free: one URL, unlimited tokens](https://tutucompute.com/en/ai/claude-code): Get a key without signing up and run Claude Code, Codex or OpenCode by copying one command. Sign up for unlimited tokens; with a compute reserve you can run sub agents in parallel. - [Compute reserve: bank it while idle, get priority when you need it](https://tutucompute.com/en/ai/compute-reserve): Connect your idle computer to TutuCompute and earn points while it helps others; when you need compute, get priority on the whole network and run tasks in parallel. Points never expire once you sign in. - [What computer do you need to run LLMs locally?](https://tutucompute.com/en/ai/hardware): For local LLMs we recommend an NVIDIA GPU, an Apple M-series Mac, an AMD GPU or an AI workstation; ordinary computers can run lighter tasks like chat and speech. When your computer isn’t enough, your compute reserve takes over. - [Is a free AI API safe to use? You don’t have to trust us](https://tutucompute.com/en/ai/security): TutuCompute’s free API encrypts every frame in transit, keeps no content from normal requests, and issues keys that can only call models. You can also run Claude Code / Codex in a container, or use only your own computer. - [AI for everyone who wants to learn and build](https://tutucompute.com/en/ai/free): Use state-of-the-art AI with no sign-up and no payment. The compute comes from people around the world who share it, and we route it safely to those who need it; learners facing hardship can apply for long-term free support. ## Security and privacy - Your browser to TutuCompute: HTTPS. - TutuCompute to the computer doing your work: an extra encryption layer inside the channel, with every frame encrypted on its own. - Every connection uses fresh temporary keys, so recorded traffic can’t be decrypted later. - The computer verifies the platform with a built-in public key, so no one in the middle can swap in their own key. - Will my code be kept or sold? Normal requests leave no content behind — only things like time and usage are recorded - Can the owner of the computer doing my work see my content? Every frame is encrypted; that computer doesn’t know who you are - Could a free API make Claude Code run rogue commands or steal files? The API only returns text; commands are run by Claude Code on your computer, which asks first by default - What if my key leaks? Keys can only call models and can’t reach your servers or account - Could I be charged unexpectedly? Guests have no payment method; a balance is used only when points run short - https://tutucompute.com/en/ai/security ## Mission and long-term free support The compute comes from people around the world who share it. If you’re studying, looking for work or teaching others, and paying isn’t possible right now — tell us what you want to do with AI and we’ll support you long term.
